You are welcome to draw or commission artwork featuring my characters.

I allow you to take small inspiration from my original characters.

You may create non-canon ships involving my characters and your own or other characters. Please note that these relationships should not involve inappropriate behavior such as pedophilic or zoophilic acts.

You are permitted to use my personal art and characters as references.

Please refrain from creating or engaging in NSFW content involving my minor characters or any form of unacceptable behavior, such as pedophilic relationships or zoophilic acts.

You are not permitted to claim my artwork as your own.

You may use my art as banners, profile pictures and page decoration. While credit is not mandatory, it is appreciated.

Do not repost my artwork in any way. (Exception: If it's a piece specifically made for you, feel free to repost with credit somewhere.)

Monetizing or profiting off my art, such as selling merchandise or tracing for reselling as YCHs, is strictly prohibited.

Unless specified otherwise before starting the comission, I reserve the right to post the work on my social media platforms or use it for advertising purposes, such as promoting my commissions or showcasing my art. I may also post the progress and details about the commission on my Trello.

Unless specified otherwise before starting the commission, I reserve the right to post sketches and work-in-progress images of your commission.

Any characters depicted in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.

The commissioned artwork is strictly for your personal use, unless agreed otherwise.

When sharing or using the commissioned work, you must credit and link back to me or tag me, ensuring proper attribution.

You may print the commissioned work for personal use.

You may use the artwork as page decoration.

You may not remove my watermark/signature.

Coloring in the artwork or commissioning other artists to finish and touch up the commissioned work, is not allowed without my agreement.

Commercial reproduction of the work without purchasing a license is prohibited.

Using a commissioned work as icons, banners, etc, is not allowed unless the owner of the character or the person who paid for the commission grants permission.

You must not claim that the artwork was made for you or that you have permission to use it when you do not.

Payments are accepted exclusively through PayPal, and all prices are listed in USD.

Payment is expected within 24 hours unless alternative arrangements have been discussed in advance.

Full upfront payment is the standard requirement for commissions. However, a half-payment option is available, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the sketch.

Refunds are typically not issued unless any circumstances prevent me from fulfilling your commission. In such cases, a refund will be given.

Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as severe quality issues or failure to deliver within a deadline. These cases will be evaluated on an individual basis.

Prices may vary based on the complexity, size, or additional requests for the artwork. I reserve the right to adjust the pricing accordingly and will communicate any changes with you beforehand.

I retain the right to showcase the completed work in my portfolio, unless exclusive rights are purchased.

Design fees apply if creating a character solely based on a description or limited photo references.

The drawing resolution is up to me. Custom resolutions can be accommodated if within my computer's capabilities.

To ensure your satisfaction, I will send you a sketch for approval before proceeding with the commission.

I usually only show sketches once I'm fully done with them, because I usually make a lot of adjustments before getting to the final result and i feel more comfortable that way.

If the client does not to answear within a week after the sketch is sent without prior notice of something happening, I will continue the process without revisions.

If full payment has not been received yet, the initial sketch and subsequent in-progress shots will be sent as low-resolution, watermarked images.

You may contact me occasionally, but please refrain from excessive messaging.

While I prefer not to have strict deadlines due to personal stress, please inform me if you have specific timing requirements so i can see what i can do. Strict deadlines may require an extra fee.

I can provide estimated completion times, but they are subject to change if unforeseen circumstances arise. I will notify you of any delays.

Please provide clear instructions and reference materials for desired poses or expressions if you have any specific ones in mind.

Unlimited changes are permitted during the sketch phase, while subsequent modifications may incur additional fees.

Pose changes are not allowed unless explicitly requested from the beginning.

Any changes requested after the initial sketch will incur additional costs.

If I misunderstand or misinterpret your initial pose or expression instructions, I will make the necessary corrections without charging extra.

If there is any ambiguity in the details or references you provided, I will request clarification from you.

Reselling the adopt for a higher price (unless additional art of the character is included).

Using the design as a fursona or mascot.

Incorporating the design into roleplay, personal stories, etc.

Utilizing any artwork of the design for icons, banners, and similar purposes.

Avoid heavily altering the design to the point of it being unrecognizable.

Reselling the design for a higher price without additional art is not permitted.

Converting the design into a closed or open species is prohibited.

Engaging the character in inappropriate activities such as pedophilia, zoophilia, necrophilia, etc, or using them for proshipping purposes is strictly prohibited.
